Description of Incident
The quick thinking of two Anglesey men helped to save a two year old girl from drowning on the Anglesey beach in Aberffraw.

Angela Whittingham, who was on holiday with her parents, had to be given mouth-to-mouth resuscitation after she had been spotted struggling going under. Eric Roberts was one of two men who helped to save the young girl�s life and her family have been full of praise for the pair.

A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesperson said: �We were called at 3.54pm yesterday, Sunday July 20, to the beach in Aberffraw after a child had been recovered from the water.

"A crew in an emergency ambulance attended together with a Wales Air Ambulance, and a two-year-old girl was airlifted to Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor in a stable condition.�
