Description of Incident
A teenage boy has died after he and a friend got into trouble in a dinghy at Castlerock off the north coast. The 15-year-old was airlifted to hospital, but died later. He was Robert McMullan from Coleraine. He was dragged from the water and attempts were made to resuscitate him. His friend managed to swim to safety after their dinghy capsized. Brett Cunningham of the Coastguard said two helicopters and lifeboats had been involved in the search.
