Description of Incident
Sam Yarwood, a young rugby player drowned in the Lake District after his two-man kayak capsized during heavy winds on Ullswater. His friend managed to escape to the shore.

The incident has been recorded as an accidental death. His body was found after an extensive search operation was carried out.
